Hi, I'm Sandra Wennström, originally from Sweden. Having lived in Spain for a total of 17 years, I know firsthand what it's like to relocate, settle into a new country, and create a new life on the Costa Blanca.

My journey in the Spanish real estate industry began at the Swedish real estate agency Fastighetsbyrån, where I worked as a real estate agent in Gran Alacant and Alicante. Since 2026, I have been part of VMV – Vende Mi Vivienda, one of the Costa Blanca's largest international real estate agencies, with offices in Torrevieja, Santa Pola, and Alicante.

Today, I work from our Gran Alacant office, specialising in client care and after-sales services. My role is to ensure that every buyer and seller enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience after the purchase or sale has been completed. Whether it's helping with practical matters, answering questions, or guiding clients through the final steps of the process, I'm always here to help.

For the past nine years, I have called Santa Pola and Gran Alacant home. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of the Costa Blanca lifestyle, both professionally and personally, allowing me to provide valuable local knowledge and support to our clients.

Today, I live in Gran Alacant with my family and love everything the area has to offer. The stunning Carabassí Beach is just a short walk away, while Alicante and Santa Pola are only a few minutes by car. Having Alicante Airport nearby is another great advantage, making it easy for friends and family to visit throughout the year.

Experience & Professional Background

I hold a qualification from the Swedish Estate Agents Association (Mäklarsamfundet). In Spain, I have worked in several different roles within the real estate sector, including sales, administrative support, and aftersales first in the Swedish real estate agency Fastighetsbyrån, and now on Vende Mi Vivienda. 

This varied experience has given me a broad understanding of the entire property process and the ability to see situations from different perspectives – both from the buyer’s and seller’s side.
