Hello! My name is Lina. After many years of dreaming about it, we have finally moved to Spain with our children. We chose to settle down in El Altet, a charming and authentic Spanish town known for its welcoming atmosphere, sense of community, and high quality of life. Its strategic location is unbeatable, offering immediate proximity to Alicante Airport, Alicante city, and beautiful beaches. My love for the Alicante region began 23 years ago when I lived here and worked alongside a real estate agent. Since then, I have returned every year, getting to know the area inside out. Today, I have a deep knowledge of the different residential areas, schools, beaches, and the charming small villages that make the Costa Blanca such a fantastic place to live.

My role at the agency and professional background

I am a registered nurse and have worked closely with people for over 17 years. Throughout my professional career, the most important thing for me has always been to create a sense of security, build trust, and be there when people need support. The dream of working in real estate has been with me for many years. Now, I finally get to combine my passion for properties and Spain with what I love most – meeting people and helping them move forward into the next chapter of their lives.
