Hello! My name is Katarina. I was born and raised in Sweden, but I always knew I wanted to explore the world as soon as I finished my studies. That is how my life's adventure began: first working in Austria, followed by traveling and living in various countries. I fell in love with Spain when I met my Spanish partner, and I moved with him to the Costa Blanca, where I have now lived for over 19 years. With children and the wonderful routines of daily life, Spain is truly my home. I believe you can belong to more than one country, and I feel completely at home here among the palm trees, the sandy beaches of Guardamar, the beautiful climate, and the calmer, more relaxed pace of life.

Over the years, I have worked in several different sectors, which has given me a versatile background in fields such as insurance, healthcare, taxes, and now the real estate market. After nearly two decades in the region, I know the surrounding areas inside and out.
