Hi! Thank you for stopping by my profile! My name is Joakim, although people often call me “the Spaniard who speaks such good Swedish.” It always makes me smile, because after all, I was actually born and raised in Sweden.

After dreaming about it for many years, my family and I finally moved to Spain. We have chosen to settle on a large finca in the countryside of Elche. Here, we spend our days surrounded by fruit trees, our chickens, dogs and singing budgies.

The reason we chose Elche is probably because we were looking for that truly authentic Spanish dream in the countryside, while still being close to both Alicante and our favourite, Elche itself, a charming Spanish city. Life here offers peace and tranquillity, a strong sense of community and an exceptional quality of life. The location is ideal, with easy access to Alicante Airport, the city of Alicante and the area's beautiful sandy beaches.

My love for southern Alicante began the moment I started my career as a real estate agent at Fastighetsbyrån Torrevieja. Today, I have extensive knowledge of the area's different residential neighbourhoods, schools, beaches and the small charming villages that make Costa Blanca such a wonderful place to live.

I am a qualified Spanish real estate agent and have been helping people make their dreams come true since 2018.

Throughout my career, my greatest priorities have always been creating a sense of security, building trust and being there for my clients throughout the entire property process.

Over the years, I have received several awards for my work. I have been named Agent of the Month, Rookie of the Year and Agent of the Year by Fastighetsbyrån. But what I am most proud of is all the wonderful recommendations my clients have given to their friends.
