Hi! I'm Cedric. I moved to Alicante in 2002 and immediately fell in love with the city and its incredible Mediterranean lifestyle. Over the past 24 years, I have lived and worked in several different areas across the province. Playa de San Juan, El Campello, Alicante City, Torrevieja and San Vicente del Raspeig. This journey has given me an exhaustive, firsthand knowledge of every coastal corner and, above all, a deep affection for our wonderful local culture.

Professionally, I bring more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 11 years with one of Sweden's most recognised real estate brands, Fastighetsbyrån. Throughout my career, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the Costa Blanca property market and have specialised in property valuations, helping clients make confident, informed, and financially sound decisions.

My dedication and results have consistently placed me among the top-performing real estate agents on the Costa Blanca.

During my time at Fastighetsbyrån Alicante, I was recognised as the company's highest-performing agent and, for five consecutive years, received the award for achieving the highest sales volume at the strongest market values.
